I hired John Robert to sell my house. It was the best decision I have ever made. He came over to the house and we did a walk through. Then I asked him, why should I hire you to sell my house? He laid out his plan which included many venues as to how he would market the property. It was extensive. His thoughts on how to promote, advertise and make this happen in a buyers market was very encouraging. He proceeded to market the listing globally through numerous digital formats with videos, print and TV. His mulitple spreads in Haven and other magazines, plus mailings and the many marketing elements available from John R Wood and Christie’s international really gave us exposure. He held an open house every Sunday and he was constantly strategizing on how to make this sale happen. I have never had a realtor put this much effort into selling my homes. Words cannot quite express what it was like working with John as our real estate agent in searching for and purchasing a property in Naples. It was truly an exceptional experience. From our initial meeting with John, and throughout the whole searching time, we believed that John was honestly working as our agent. He spent considerable time and attention to find a property best suited for our needs and desires. John not only carefully listened to our concerns, he offered constructive comments when asked. In looking at properties, he would go “above and beyond” by doing research and making inquiries as if he were purchasing the property himself. We had a fantastic experience working with John in the successful sale of our condominium on Gulf Shore Blvd North in 2025. Of the realtors we interviewed, he had the clearest vision for how (and when) to market the property, the most sensible approach to pricing the property, and the resources of John R. Wood to ensure the broadest possible reach for marketing the property. John kept us continuously informed of developments (including advance notice of showings and feedback from the prospective buyer's agent after), and worked hard to stay informed (and keep us informed) of where the market was at any given time. He never pressured us on pricing actions, but gave us solid information on which to make informed decisions to achieve the best possible price in a challenging market for sellers. What I liked most about John was his deep market knowledge, his positive attitude, his work ethic (he communicated proactively throughout and always responded promptly to texts or emails), and his attention to detail. I highly recommend John to anyone considering the sale of their property in Naples.
