We had a fantastic experience working with John in the successful sale of our condominium on Gulf Shore Blvd North in 2025. Of the realtors we interviewed, he had the clearest vision for how (and when) to market the property, the most sensible approach to pricing the property, and the resources of John R. Wood to ensure the broadest possible reach for marketing the property. John kept us continuously informed of developments (including advance notice of showings and feedback from the prospective buyer's agent after), and worked hard to stay informed (and keep us informed) of where the market was at any given time. He never pressured us on pricing actions, but gave us solid information on which to make informed decisions to achieve the best possible price in a challenging market for sellers. What I liked most about John was his deep market knowledge, his positive attitude, his work ethic (he communicated proactively throughout and always responded promptly to texts or emails), and his attention to detail. John did a great job, however better coordination in sales set up should be created. An example; a file created for every listing with categories as to insurance, hoa rules, pool maintenance, lawn maintenance etc so the agent can just refer to the information for the particular listing.
